Led by Pilates instructor Fallon Robertson, this mat-based class will work your entire body with movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and leave you feeling your best. Open to all levels, the hour-long session is the perfect Sunday reset – an opportunity to unwind after a busy week and immerse yourself in the tranquil Crossbasket Castle estate, where pure escapism is felt in every moment.

After class, nourish your body with a wholesome breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries, smoothie shots, and tea and coffee – a delicious and energising start to your day.
