A warming herbal tea or refreshing Spritz will be ready for you to enjoy upon arrival as you are welcomed by your instructor.
The morning session will start with some guided intention setting for relaxation, followed by a nervous system reset through yogic movement, before enjoying a perfectly tailored, gourmet healthy light lunch experience in Foveran’s restaurant.
Your afternoon session will focus on the mechanics of the breath, restorative breathwork experience and meditational soundbath with a final sharing circle to conclude.
