NEW YEAR’S EVE
Begin your indulgent festive break with a warm welcome from 2:30pm. Upon arrival, enjoy tea and warm homemade scones served in the opulent public rooms on the ground floor of the castle. Take time to explore the estate, unwind, and settle in as you prepare for a New Year celebration like no other. As evening falls, enjoy a three-course meal at a time of your choosing in our entertainment-led dining experience. Overseen by the legendary Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, at Trocadero’s the beat of live music fills the room as you sip playful pours and taste exquisite food.
HOGMANAY
On Hogmanay Morning, a full Scottish breakfast awaits you in Foveran’s, with light snacks available throughout the day to tide you over until the evening.
At 7pm, you are cordially invited to be our guest at a Champagne Reception as we commence with the ultimate Scottish New Year’s Eve celebrations. We will then make our way through to our magnificent Grand
Roosevelt Ballroom, where a carefully curated five-course meal overseen by the legendary Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux, awaits. Our live band will have you on the dancefloor from 10pm as we prepare to bring in the bells with a spectacular fireworks show and a late supper of bacon rolls.
NEW YEAR’S DAY
Ease into the New Year with a leisurely brunch served into the early afternoon, accompanied by the mellow sounds of our live jazz trio. Spend the day relaxing —stroll through the 14-acre manicured estate or curl up by the fire with a book and a dram of fine whisky. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner in Trocadero’s at a time of your choosing, before a hearty breakfast the following morning and fond farewells until your next visit.
Terms & Conditions
To secure Hogmanay Three Day Package we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation with final 50% non-refundable payment made by 31st October 2025. Please note that our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival, should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation prior to this time you will forfeit deposit made up to this point. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are liable to be charged the full cost of the stay.
It is advisable that you should cover yourself with travel indemnity.
