Immerse yourself in an experience of wellness at Crossbasket Castle with an instructor led day of resetting your body’s central nervous system, reducing stress levels and learning techniques to take home and practice.
Enjoy a warming herbal tea or refreshing spritz upon arrival and get to know your instructors who will talk you through the day.
The morning session will start with guided journaling to intention set for the day followed by breath awareness to regulation the central nervous system and boost mood. You will now be ready for your yogic movement session to increase energy and detox the body. We conclude the morning with a guided yoga nidra relaxation.
For lunch enjoy a perfectly tailored, gourmet cuisine experience in Foveran’s restaurant, with a healthy and light meal to suit your day.
Your afternoon session will begin with an introduction to the power of grounding followed by a relaxing yin yoga session. Your instructors will then guide you through several rounds of the famous Wim Hof breath work method to reset the mind and body and this will flow into a relaxing sound bath.
We will end the day by sharing how to take your new wellness skills home with you over a refreshing herbal tea.
